By placing an order through Lew Ceramics, you agree to the following terms.

All pieces are produced by hand in small batches. Variations in size, shape, glaze finish, and surface detail are an inherent part of the handmade process and are not considered faults, but part of the material character of each piece.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours by contacting Lew Ceramics via the Contact form or email (lewceramics@gmail.com).

After this time, your order may have already entered packaging or dispatch preparation and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Lew Ceramics is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow basic care instructions.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact Lew Ceramics within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so that the issue can be assessed.
