Shipping is charged at a flat rate at checkout.

Lew Ceramics currently ships within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lew Ceramics does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact Lew Ceramics within 48 hours of delivery at lewceramics@gmail.com, including photographs of the item and all packaging materials.

Once the damage has been assessed, a replacement or refund may be offered where appropriate.

Lew Ceramics is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
